Estimated Shipping times

All orders are posted via Royal Mail First Class signed for and take approximately 1-2 days to arrive. 
International orders are all sent tracked and take approximately 1-2 weeks to arrive.

Returns

If you are unhappy with your order, please feel free to get in touch with me within 7 days of receiving your item with your order number.

Returns are not accepted after 14 days.  Items must be returned in their original condition. Once I have received the returned item, I will then issue a refund if eligible.

Unless the item is faulty or you received the wrong item, please note that I do not cover return postage costs, accept exchanges. or accept returned items without first making contact.
